This month, we’re proud to spotlight Amanda, one of our Brewer Store Key Holders!

Amanda joined our team in September 2024, and it didn’t take long for us to realize she was the calm in our storm. A California transplant turned Mainer, devoted military wife, dog mom, and lover of the arts, Amanda brings positivity and dedication to everything she does.

When she’s not at work, you can find her building Lego sets—most recently completing the Titanic in less than a week!

From day one, Amanda has shown a genuine passion for our people and our mission. Her hard work, reliability, and welcoming smile quickly earned her a key holder position and the trust of her team.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Amanda as part of the Brothers family and can’t wait to see what’s next for her!

- How long have you been with Brothers and what brought you to Brothers?

I’ve been with Brothers for almost 2 years. I started out as a customer and quickly grew to love the atmosphere and people. The team here at Brothers is top notch.

- What do you love about your job?

Cannabis is my passion. I love being able to help people discover new ways to manage their pain and just generally making people happy. I’m constantly learning new things daily and it keeps me on my toes.

- What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

When I’m not working, you will find me at home playing with my puppy, playing video games, watching movies, assembling Legos or growing cannabis. I’m huge into music and art as well. Love going to concerts and playing guitar.

- What is your favorite product, vendor, or strain and why?

I have a lot of favorites, but if I had to pick…Bettie’s Eddies are my favorite edible option because they help with so many targeted issues. My favorite strain that we carry from Jar Co. is Devil Driver. Not only does it taste sweet and delicious. It gives me the motivation and focus I need to get stuff done.

Since joining Brothers in March of 2022, Em has grown into an incredible leader whose passion for Brothers, positive energy, and enthusiasm for what we do shine through every day. From supporting her team to creating a welcoming experience for every customer, Em’s commitment to the brand made her the perfect choice to lead our Broadway store.

- How long have you been with Brothers and what brought you to Brothers?

I have been working at Brothers for 4 years, but I have been a customer since day one! I always loved Brothers because of the product and the people. The people really made me feel welcome whenever I came in!

- What do you love about your job?

I love just about everything! I love getting to work with such amazing people and products!

- What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

If I'm not at work I'm most likely spending time with friends and loved ones!

- What is your favorite product, vendor, or strain and why?

I am a big fan of the Buzzy drinks, especially the Ginger Ale. It has a great flavor and effects. I love to end my night with one!
