Beyond her role as a devoted mom, she’s also breaking barriers in two worlds that rarely meet: finance and fashion. Recently appointed Chief Municipal Financial Officer, Nelly balances her love for numbers with her passion for modeling, proving that a woman’s potential is limitless.

Considered classic and plus-size, Nelly’s mission is simple yet profound—to inspire women to embrace their beauty, confidence, and worth. She believes every woman deserves to feel seen and celebrated in her own skin. “When someone sees a dress they love on me,” she says, “I want them to imagine it on themselves—and feel empowered to wear it with pride.”

Your dreams don’t shrink to fit anyone’s idea of you-
They expand when you do.

So be too loud. Too proud. Too passionate.
Be everything they said you couldn’t be.

Because the world needs your version of too.
Keep showing up for the life that’s waiting for you.
