Yesterday marked the final Gator Entertainment Senior Partner Meeting before our month-long hiatus, as CEO Noah Berg heads overseas for July.

We met at Bean Bar in Northbrook (huge thanks for the space and endless coffee) to align on strategy, launch new ideas, and refine how we serve both our clients and our team.

Shoutout to the leadership crew who made it all happen:
– Connor Turner, in from Indiana — Co-Lead of Security
– Jasper Grove — Head of Videography
– Regan Gable — Head of Photography
– Rohan — Stepping in for Head of DJ Department
– Evan W — Head of Operations & Interim VP
– Gabe Cadet — VP & Acting President during Noah’s leave

This team has built something real. Gator is just getting started — we’ll be back in August, ready to go bigger for the city of Chicago and everyone we serve.

Please help us welcome the newest (and fluffiest) member of the Gator Entertainment team:
🐾 Monty “Mountbatten” Berg – Chief Happiness Officer (CHO)

Monty is a black lab pup from Tennessee, and he’s already hard at work making sure the Gator team stays happy, energized, and occasionally covered in fur. He’s currently training to be a therapy dog and takes his position very seriously (except during nap breaks).

His core responsibilities include:
✔ Boosting morale
✔ Floor inspections
✔ Being ridiculously cute
✔ Surprise appearances at select shows

While he doesn’t DJ or emcee, he’s already the most popular guy on the team.
