These means it is important to eat good food in other to be healthy and fit

Now why we are what we eat, it is because each food we choose is a collection of molecules of information -messages to the body...

The energy composition and spirit of the food becomes the energy composition and spirit of our whole body Wether or not we are aware of it

If you eat good food you will be healthy, if you eat bad food you will be unhealthy to be healthy you need to eat. No single food can supply all nutrients in the amounts you need e. g oranges provide vitamin C.

High blood pressure is one of the major problem we are facing.

High blood pressure is a condition in which the force of the blood against the artery walls is too high.

COURSE : The factors that can lead to high blood pressure include a diet high in salt, fat, and /or cholesterol. Chronic conditions such as kidney & hormone problems diabetes &high cholesterol.

SYMPTOMS :The Are
Severe headache
Fatigue or confusion
Vision problems
Chest pain
Difficulty breathing
Irregular heart beat
Blood in the urine.

PREVENTION :one can prevent high blood pressure by eating a healthy diet to help manage your blood pressure, You should limit the amount of sodium (salt) that you eat, and increase the amount of potassium in your diet
Getting regular exercise
Being at a healthy weight, limiting alcohol, not smoking, managing stress.

Hi every one.
Today we will be looking at what endometriosis is all about.

ENDOMETRIOSIS :Is a disorder in which tissue that normally line's the uterus grows outside the uterus.

Endometriosis can be associated with severe pain and fertility problems, is most commonly found on other organs of the pelvis.

Endometriosis is more common in women who experiencing infertility than in fertile women but the condition does not necessary cause infertility.

Most women with endometriosis have no symptoms. However, when women do experience sign's and symptoms

The common sign's are usually painful periods (dysmenorrhea) pelvic pain &cramping may begin before and extend several days into a menstrual period pain with in*******se pain with bowel movements or urination excessive bleeding infertility

ENDOMETRIOSIS :is a chronic conditions with no cure, but this doesn't mean the condition has to impact Ur daily life. Effective treatments is available to manage pain and fertility issues, such as medications, hormone therapy &surgery.

DIAGNOSIS :
Detailed history
2 physical exam
3ultrasound and laparoscopy

In norshell having issues with fertility is a serious complications, women with milder forms maybe able to conceive and carry a baby in term, medications don't improve fertility. Some women have been able to conceive after having endometrial tissue surgical removed.

Please if you are a lady and U are experiencing any sign's /symptoms mentioned above it will be good you see a doctor in order not to worsen condition.
