It's definitely spring. The tulips are blooming at Garvan Woodland Gardens. It's a tulip wonderland. Some of the tulips have already peaked and there may be a few more coming. There are still plenty other things to see too. Here is Janet Carson telling more about them.

Here is a stock video shot that I took of the Little Rock skyline with a loaded barge passing underneath the bridge. I didn't notice the parade of fire trucks crossing the bridge until halfway through the shot. I think it was a St. Patrick's Day Parade.
