Peace, yall. It's the B.O.M.B Squad making a return for a few messages to our great supporters and previous collaborators, as well as any potentials. Surely, you've seen the recent posts.

You'll be hearing from us more often from now on. B.O.M.B Magazine was literally created about 2 to 3 years ago during Black History Month. It was all planned.

After all this time, we've seen growth, slowdowns, stagnation, and finally, indefinite hiatus. But this is a New Year, a New World, and a New LIFE for all things true and authentic.

No more struggle, no more slowdowns, no more back and forths, no more indecisiveness, no more being afraid to show the world who we truly are: Divine Elevated Melanated People of The Universe 💪🏾 🏆 🌟

This is not a one-off message, this is NOT a drill. We're back and we're ready for action 💥

Celebrating Black Inventors 💡

From the first peanut butter grinder to pioneering traffic signals and medical devices, Black inventors have shaped our world. Yet too often their ideas were ripped away, later patented and profited by White "inventors" who claimed all the credit.

Today, we honor visionaries like George Washington Carver, Clatonia J. Dorticus, Granville T. Woods, Marie Brown, Sarah Boone, Fredrick M. Jones, and countless others whose brilliance fueled progress despite being denied proper recognition. Their stories remind us that:

#1 - Innovation thrives in EVERY community. It affects all of us around the world.

#2 - We must uplift and protect Black creativity; past, present, and future.

Let’s correct the course of history by sharing their names, learning their legacies, and demanding equity in innovation. Everything is owed to US.

1900: The Last President. A 19th-Century Prophecy?

Ingersoll Lockwood's 1896 novella, 1900: The Last President, eerily mirrors today's political climate. The story unfolds with a populist outsider winning the presidency, leading to nationwide unrest and fears of democratic collapse; parallels that resonate with the rise of Donald Trump and the events following the 2016 election to even now in his second term in 2025. "Rebuilding of America", as it's being called.

As we navigate an era marked by political polarization and challenges to democratic norms, Lockwood's narrative serves as a cautionary tale. It prompts reflection on how history's echoes can inform our understanding of the present and shape our vision for the future.
