Was making a salad and reached for a small cutting board. It was the cutting board my friend, John Iachetti, gave me with his restaurant's name on it. I still can't believe he's gone. He was such a good man and a great friend, and a great Chef! Whenever I slice up something to eat I will think of the great food John fed me (his homemade gnocchi was amazing), as well as the great conversations we shared. May God bless his soul. 🙏❤️
