The View from Del Rio

The View from Del Rio first hit mailboxes in July of 2015. This professionally-designed, monthly social newsletter, is delivered to over 500 homes in the Del Rio neighborhood of Modesto. It is full of resident-submitted pictures and stories, very similar to digital social media, but in print. Stories about kids, pets, athletes, and families help turn the neighborhood into a genuine community of friends.

In 2018, The View from Del Rio became the official newsletter of the Del Rio Property Owners Association. We are always looking for great businesses to introduce to this wonderful community.
