She came. She conquered. She sweated through her cute workout set. 😅🔥

This last session pushed me right to my edge — but guess what? I held the line, kept it strong, and lifted my way through it with bands, weights, and a whole lotta heart. 💪

I’m not just getting stronger physically — I’m getting stronger mentally. Showing up = growth. Boundaries intact, muscles activated, sass fully loaded. ✨

Nobody claps when you choose the early morning over the extra sleep.
Nobody cheers when you show up tired, scared, or stretched thin.
There’s no applause for choosing growth over comfort—again and again.

But one day…
the life you’ve quietly been building will speak so loud,
even the ones who never noticed
will ask how you did it.

So keep showing up.
Do it alone. Do it broke. Do it tired. Do it scared.
Do it because your future self is already thanking you.

Today’s workout: Showed up. Leveled up. Glowed up. ✨

From 3lb to 5lb (or 25lb if I’m feeling spicy), I’m not just lifting weights—I’m lifting my whole dang energy. 😤💪

It’s not always easy, but I keep showing up with love, grit, and maybe a dramatic sigh or two. Because growth isn’t just about reps—it’s self-love in motion. 💖

Stretching limits. Sweating sass. Showing myself what I’m made of.
And yes, my glutes are definitely going to feel this tomorrow. 🍑🔥

Absolutely 💯

I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Purple Peel Exploit” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

It’s praising and cussing in the same breath.
It’s choosing insight over clapbacks (even when they deserve it).
It’s showing up with a shaky heart but steady soul.

You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
Even when your patience is spotty like Wi-Fi in a storm — you’re still worthy.
Still growing. Still on the path.

Healing doesn’t make you perfect.
It makes you real.
And being real is where the magic lives.

Today’s workout was 🔥 fire 🔥 — but the real win?
Showing up for yourself!!

Even if you only hit 4 of the 50 reps, you still did the thing.
Falling is an accident — staying down is a choice.
Especially when life throws off your balance. 🌬️

Fuel your body. Stretch your limits.

Today’s workout hit different. 💥
It wasn’t just about the sweat or the burn — it was a full-blown life lesson with resistance bands and a yoga mat.

I showed up for me today.

And while I was wobbling through lunges and trying to remember how to breathe like a calm, collected human… this hit me:

💡 Life throws riptides.
You can either fight ‘em and drown,
or breathe, flow, and ride it out like the strong, stretchy queen you are. 👑

Balance and motion — that’s not just for yoga.
That’s for everything.
Bend, fall, stretch, and yes, occasionally flop on the mat — because if you’re not willing to fall, you’ll never learn how strong you really are when you rise.

Today I chose:
✔️ Patience (even when my hamstrings weren’t on board)
✔️ Presence (not scrolling, actually feeling)
✔️ Peace (even while shaking in plank)

Self-care isn’t always face masks, massages, or lattes (though let’s not lie, those slap too ☕✨).
It’s showing up. Stretching further. Getting quiet.
Finding your edge — and then breathing through it.

Real strength?
👉 It’s in the silent consistency.
👉 It’s in the love you give yourself when no one’s watching.
👉 It’s falling and rising again with a little more sass and a lot more soul.

So wherever you are in your journey:
Stretch. Fall. Rise. Repeat.
Do it in love. Do it in peace.
