FACT: Bodies are complex. Health is personal. And nobody owes the world “proof” of wellness just to deserve basic respect.

This week, we’re busting the myth that fatness automatically equals illness, that being deemed “unhealthy” makes you less valuable. Spoiler: it doesn’t.

Fat people exist across every spectrum of health, ability, and activity. And even if someone is dealing with illness or chronic conditions (hi, many of us are!), they still deserve care, compassion, access, and dignity. Period.

We’re not here to debate BMI charts or get dragged into another “but science says” spiral. We’re here to remind you that your worth isn’t measured in pounds, blood pressure, or anyone’s approval.
