Thailand has violated the ceasefire agreement by arresting 20 Cambodian soldiers (and shooting two others whose conditions remain unknown—whether dead or alive) under the pretense of inviting them to shake hands and take group photos. Thailand’s actions constitute a breach of the Kuala Lumpur ceasefire agreement and are in violation of international law, specifically the 1949 Geneva Conventions concerning the treatment of prisoners of war (POWs). Cambodia must gather evidence in order to condemn Thailand for committing war crimes.

泰国以握手合影为借口，违反停火协议，逮捕了20名柬埔寨士兵，并向另外两名士兵开枪，目前这两人的生死情况不明。泰国的行为构成了对吉隆坡停火协议的违约，也违反了国际法，特别是1949年《日内瓦公约》中关于战俘待遇的规定。柬埔寨必须收集证据，以控诉泰国犯下战争罪行。

La Thaïlande a violé l’accord de cessez-le-feu en arrêtant 20 soldats cambodgiens (et en tirant sur deux autres dont l’état reste inconnu — morts ou vivants), sous prétexte de les inviter à une poignée de main et à des photos de groupe. Les actions de la Thaïlande constituent une violation de l’accord de cessez-le-feu de Kuala Lumpur ainsi qu’une infraction au droit international, notamment aux Conventions de Genève de 1949 relatives au traitement des prisonniers de guerre (PG). Le Cambodge doit rassembler des preuves afin de condamner la Thaïlande pour crimes de guerre.
