What do they say? New year new me? Meh I don’t necessarily like that phrase so let’s go with “New year new experiences” instead. For a while now my hair was starting to feel more like a burden than anything else so I’ve been saying things like “maybe I should just cut it all off” and meaning it. But while on this trip to Hawaii I decided I need to stop being that person who always only says “maybe I should” or “I kind of want to”. I need to stop being so indecisive about things. I need to start taking risks and being bold. I want to experience life not just let it happen while I watch. I know this one experience is just about my hair but it really is more than that. It’s about being able to not only accept change easily but also not being afraid to be the one to make that change happen. So here we are with kitchen scissors and a prayer! This trip has been so refreshing and I’ll post separately about it. But in this moment I’m waking up with my fresh cut feeling like a weight has been lifted and I’m ready to take on the world! 💖 #2026

First patterned blanket complete! My mum has been making baby blankets over the years for friends and family with the baby names patterned into the design. She finally said “I should teach one of you how to do this so we can pass it down” and then proceeded to stare into my soul lol. So here we are! My first blanket finished after learning her ways and I’m so happy with how it turned out! Seventeen logo for the win!

WOW I have been waiting a year and seven months to FINALLY announce this, but my full ALBUM titled SEVENTEEN is being recorded. Here is the full album cover and track list! I tell you this has been a journey. SO many rewrites and moments of second guessing myself, and SO much vulnerability and realizing those close to me might have certain reactions to certain song lyrics. But I am so happy that the full album is finally written in completion, it just needs to be finished with recording vocals and mixing and mastering! No writing team. No guidance. All makes for a very long and emotional process. But I’m so proud of where it is and the message I have to tell. Official release date coming soon! But in the meantime, can you pick out the few songs already out on all streaming platforms?
