Over it friends. The need to be right by others is big. I will say I was not calling one single person out. In general the printable situation is over for me. I just really feel sorry for those who feel they are in the wrong for no reason. Wasn’t trying to start a feud or anything just voiced my opinion. I’d rather pay for my prints I suppose (even though im on a fixed education income) so that I don’t mess something up. I will say I do use a lot of the prints from Lisa’s page and Little Deb’s. I’m human and sometimes forget to tag them for their artwork but never once have I portrayed them as my own digital work. I hope everyone has the most amazing Wednesday ever and I am moving on from it. My angst is not worth the drama. Pray on that for a while and see where you find yourselves. Go with what is in your heart and share the things that are important to you. Stay focused and let crafting be your happy place.

Ya’ll I may get blasted for this or possibly lose followers over this but I need my opinion out there. It truly hurts my heart that people can be so hateful to others over things that are possibly mistakes or possible oversights. I have seen so many negative post about the printable situation lately. I realize how much time and effort it takes to create some images. I’ve also seen AI shoot out images in a matter of minutes. With that being said, it is one thing to deliberately take someone’s work and claim it as you own. It is totally another thing to use the image and in the moment forget where the image came from therefore, not tagging or crediting someone. 9 times out of 10 it is an oversight not a deliberate mean intention. Are there bad people on social media? Absolutely but are there people who genuinely love using the FREE prints. I use free prints all the time and to be honest, I pride myself on being a highly educated individual. That being said, I have made mistakes more often than I care to admit. Crediting the wrong person or possibly forgetting to credit them at all. Here’s my point and my thoughts on this debacle. If you are that worried about getting tagged or credited then maybe FREE prints are not the way for you to go. Perhaps find a selling platform to sell your prints from. It is sad for me to see people angry and lashing out at people on social media making us all feel like we have done something wrong. Go directly to the person you feel has wronged you and handle it that way before you air it in everyone’s direction. I see people apologizing but not getting responses and that makes us all feel like we are the one who the post is directed at.
