Iniimbitaran po namo ngamin na taga San Vicente lalong- lalo na a mga jovenes na gustong ipabayad a kanindang mga talento.
Mag partisipar po kamo sadi umaabot na aktibidades ka Sangguniang Kabataan ngowan na umaabot na disyembre in koneksyon ka pagsilibrar ta ka kamundagan ka kanatanong mahal na Dios.

BELEN MAKING CONTEST 2021

SINO ANG MAAARING SUMALI?
•Mga kabataan mula edad 15-30 anyos.
•Ang bawat grupo ay binubuo ng lima (5) hanggang sampung (10) miyembro.
•Mga residente ng Barangay San Vicente, Baao, Camarines Sur.
•Limited Entry only (1 entry per Zone)

PAANO MAKASALI?
•Ipagbigay alam sa SK official o kagawad na nakakasakop sa inyong zone.
•Humingi ng form para pormal na mairehistro ang inyong grupo.
•Isubmit ang form bago mag LUNES, DISYEMBRE 13, 2021.

ANO ANG MGA DAPAT GAMITIN SA PAGGAWA NG BELEN?
•Recycled Materials (halimbawa: patapon na mga bote, papel, karton, lata, yero at iba pa).
•Indigenous Materials (halimbawa: bao, bunot, tuyong dahon at iba pa).

MGA TUNTUNIN SA PAGGAWA NG BELEN
•Ang mga imahen ay MAY TAAS NG APAT (4) NA TALAMPAKAN HANGGANG LIMANG (5) TALAMPAKAN. (4 TO 5 FEET or 48 inches to 60 inches).
•Gamitin ang pagka- malikhain sa paggawa ng belen.
•Hindi pinapahintulutan ang paggamit o pag bili ng mga bagong kagamitan sa paggawa ng belen.
•Ang belen na gagawin ay nagpapakita o nag sasalaysay ng unang diwa ng pasko.
•Ang bawat grupo ay may pagkakaisa.
•Ang belen ay kailangang maipakita o maitayo bago mag LINGGO, DISYEMBRE 19, 2021.
•Siguraduhing tapos na ang belen bago dalawin ng mga hurado.

Step 2 ➡️ Send Personal Message to any SK officials and ask for the registration form to secure your slot. (registration form will be available on monday Aug. 16.2021)

Criteria and Guidelines for SLOGAN/CALLIGRAPHY MAKING CONTEST

1. THE CONTEST IS OPEN TO ALL ARTISTS AGES 15-30 YEARS OLD RESIDING AT SAN VICENTE, BAAO, CAMARINES SUR.
2. THE CONTEST IS LIMITED FOR 12 SLOTS ONLY. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT THERE WILL BE ONLY 2 PARTICIPANTS EACH ZONE. THE PARTICIPANTS HAVE 1 DAY TO REGISTER 1 DAY BEFORE THE CONTEST AT SAN VICENTE BARANGAY HALL (FAILURE TO REGISTER WILL NOT ALLOW TO JOIN THE CONTEST AND ONCE THE SLOT HAS BEEN COMPLETED).
3. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE COMPETITIVE, REALISTIC AND CREATIVE IN SHOWING IDEAS THROUGH VISUAL ILLUSTRATIONS, PARTICIPANTS MUST CREATE THEIR OWN QOUTE OR SLOGAN RELATED TO THE THEME. ”YOUTH ENGAGEMENT FOR GLOBAL ACTION, ADAPTING TO THE NEW NORMAL”. PARTICIPANTS MAY USE OUR OWN DIALECT, ENGLISH OR TAGALOG IN EXPRESSING THEIR THOUGHTS.
4. THE PARTICIPANTS MAY USE/PROVIDE THEIR OWN ART MATERIALS INCLUDING (HIGH QUALITY OIL PASTELS WITH ASSORTED COLORS, PENCIL, ERASER, RULER, MARKER, COTTON BUDS, ETC.)
5. ½ ILLUSTRATION BOARD IS PROVIDED.
6. THE SUBMITTED ENTRIES WILL BE SCORED BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• VISUAL IMPACT (VISUALLY ATTRACTIVE) -10%
• ORIGINALITY/ CREATIVITY -20%
• RELEVANCE TO THE THEME -30%
• NEATNESS OF THE ARTWORK -10%
• PEOPLE’S CHOICE (LIKES, SHARES) -30%

1001-and above likes- 30%

7. JUDGING WILL START RIGHT AFTER THE ARTWORKS OF THE PARTICIPANTS IS DONE.
8. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS AND AWARDING OF PRIZES WILL BE POSTED ON THE SK OFFICIAL FACEBOOK PAGE.
9. WINNERS WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING PRIZES.
1ST PLACE 1,500 CASH AND CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION
2ND PLACE 1000 CASH AND CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION
3RD PLACE 700 CASH AND CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION
• CONSOLATION PRIZE WILL BE GIVEN TO THE NON WINNERS WITH 200.00 CASH AND CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION.
10. THE ARTWORKS OF THE 3 WINNERS WILL BE COLLECTED BY SK OFFICIALS FOR DISPLAY PURPOSE. THE ENTITLED WINNERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN THE CONTEST NEXT YEAR.

Criteria and Guidelines for TIKTOK DANCE CONTEST

1. The contest is open for Youths residing at San Vicente, Baao (at least 13- 30 years old).
2. The contest is limited for 12 slots only. It is suggested that there will be only 2 groups each zone, the group must have 3- 5 members only. (Health protocols must be observed, use facemask, follow the physical distancing)
3. The participants have 1 day to register the day before the contest at San Vicente Barangay hall (failure to register will not allow the contestant/s to join the contest once the slot is completed)
4. The video length must not exceed in 60 seconds and the content of the video must be RELATED TO THE THEME.
5. Participants are allowed to use their chosen song/music but it should be one song/music only related to theme.
6. Participants must use TIKTOK APPLICATION only.
7. The video will be posted on the official page of SK San Vicente. (SK San Vicente, Baao, C.S.)
8. Deadline of the submission of entries will be on August 25, 2021 5:00pm. Submit your entry to the SK officials via messenger or via email.
9. Winners will be announced on August 28, 2021. To be posted on the Official page (SK San Vicente, Baao, C.S)
10. The decision of judges is final and irrevocable.

4. The participant must take a video of her/himself while singing her/his chosen song, and it must be RELATED TO THE THEME. Self-introduction (name, age, and Address) should be included at the beginning of the video.
5. The duration of the video is 4 minutes only.
6. Send your entry to the SK Officials via messenger or via email (with a file name: name, age and zone), deadline of the submission of entries will be on August 25, 2021 5:00pm.
7. The video will be posted on the official page of SK San Vicente. (SK San Vicente, Baao, C.S.)
8. Winners will be announced on August 28, 2021. To be posted on the Official page (SK San Vicente, Baao, C.S)
