From social media audits, strategy and campaigns to one on one coaching, Jen cheerleads her clients as they reach their business goals using data, best-in-class tools and a splash of fun. Jen is a professor of social media at The Univeristy of Florida's College of Journalism and Communications, a 2021 Dayton Business Journal Forty under 40 Award winner and sits on various nonprofit boards in Dayton and Columbus, Ohio.

✨ Secured Bill Gates Foundation Funded work

✨Broke the six figure net revenue mark 2 years ahead of my goal (I originally set it for 5 years)

✨ Successfully worked all of Q1 overseas

✨ Diligently used my QuickBooks mileage and receipt app for a full year (thanks, I hate it)

Like most anxious, extremely ambitious women, I often forget how far I’ve come while I chase down my dreams. It’s good to here and to (try to) just let it be.

I heard Brene speak in 2013. By the end of her talk, my higher education colleagues & I were sobbing, hands clasped like in prayer. She was wearing denim on denim.

From that day on Brene became a guiding light in my career. But one thing still haunted me: who was letting Brene wear all that denim? She paraded on East coast & international stages week after week in Texan inspired looks. Rhinestones among Tiffany set diamonds.

Brene dresses herself. She speaks for herself. She doesn’t really care if you like her denim. And she won’t be caught dead in a Brooks Brothers suit. And every PR woman in the room who might have suggested a black blazer? Stands up and applauds her.

May we all know who we are, what we feel most comfortable in, and be strong enough to rock a Canadian Tuxedo.

Post-pandemic is awkward.

Even for those of us who were networking ROCKSTARS in March of 2020.

Many of us who once owned a room are reverting to pre-event pep talks in the car.

We're social beings and we've been isolated for 3 years. We are ALL RUSTY.
