Welcome to Central New Yorks - NEW BREW

Our Mission is to provide a UNIQUE rock music experience, departing from traditional FM Radio Stations limited playlists. We boast a veritable treasure trove of rock from the 80s, 90s, and early 2ks coming at around 2,500 tracks, and the list grows weekly! We also differ from the run of the mill online stations as we really want to center our reach LOCALLY.

Weathers turning so grab yourself a new friend to warm up with

The team at Priscilla’s Save the Animals Thrift Shop has had an incredibly tough two weeks with relentless calls for emergency help. Last week we asked you to help us raise funds for Ocean. Between shoppers and donations, we’ve raised the first $1,000 of her vet bill. Thank you so much to everyone who have helped so far! You guys are absolutely AMAZING!!!

Some of you are aware we had to close the shop early last Sunday. We got a call from a police officer about a seriously injured cat. It had been mauled by a wild animal. We ran to do first aid and made the cat as comfortable as possible until we could get it to the vet on Monday am. Smokey is now quarantined and recovering from injuries.

And THEN a vet’s office called. Luna needed emergency amputation surgery after getting his tail stuck. The owner did not have the $ to pay for the surgery up front, so we stepped in.

When you shop with us and donate to our organization, these are the sorts of things your generosity go toward, along with supporting rescuers in our community, stocking our pet food pantry and getting numerous cats through spay and neuter each month.

Our organization is all volunteer (and a 501(c)3 nonprofit), so most of us work full time jobs while fitting in rescue work and running the thrift shop in between. When we put the call out for help, you guys turn out in droves! It’s truly humbling!

We are running another SALE this weekend to continue fundraising for Ocean and the other cats: 50% OFF STOREWIDE! Our store is PACKED with fun stuff, so come shop for a great cause!

We are also accepting donations in store and through our online fundraiser (see the pinned post on our page). Or you can mail a check to: Save the Animals Inc, 527 Charles Ave, Solvay, NY 13209.

Priscilla’s Save the Animals Thrift Shop is open Sat 11/1 and Sun 11/2 from 11 to 4. Cash only please on purchases. We are located in the FAR RIGHT corner of the plaza.

Doing rescue work is often exhausting, challenging and relentless. But we start many a day with “What Would Priscilla Do?” And then get to work finding solutions. THANK YOU to everyone who makes the work possible!
