I RECEIVED A QUESTION FROM ONE OF OUR FOLLOWERS YESTERDAY...She asked whether our Dog Research Exposed website will remain operational. 🤔

The answer is that Dog Research Exposed as a nonprofit organization no longer exists as a legal entity, and that means our website will also expire on April 30.

👉However....most of our listeners don't use our website to listen to our podcasts anyway, according to listener statistics. They primarily listen through Apple, Spotify, and iHeart Radio. Dog Research Exposed podcasts WILL CONTINUE TO BE available on those--and other podcast platforms--for as long as those platforms exist.

I'm sharing those links with you here so you can always use my podcast as a resource when needed.

BREAKING!!! In partnership with Rise for Animals, The Marty Project has been able to obtain body cam footage of the Dane County Sheriff’s visit to Ridglan Farms on February 5, 2025, along with representatives from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). This exclusive coverage is being shared with you after we obtained it legally through a Freedom of Information Act request.
Ridglan Farms is very hidden from the county road and behind corn fields, so even if driving by in a vehicle, it’s impossible to see the outside of the facility…until now.
THIS…This is Ridglan Farms. Up close and personal.
While the sheriff doesn’t actually go inside the facility, you can hear the beagles inside the sheds barking in desperation from outside.
This is intense, and something most of us as members of the public are never privy to.
We’re certainly feeling mixed emotions watching this, as I’m sure you are.
Just some of those feelings…
Relief…that there are finally law enforcement and government officials formally investigating Ridglan and who care about the beagles’ welfare.
Anger…that law enforcement has had to go to these lengths in the first place—this cruelty should never have been allowed to take place or continue.
Despair…that the beagles we hear barking in the background are still trapped inside.
Hope…that all of this will result in their freedom any day now.

Just when we thought we knew all there was to know about Marty, our inspiration for The Marty Project, we just learned today that the laboratory that bought and tested on him 17 years ago is still in operation.

Marty was shipped from Ridglan Farms to High Quality Research in Fort Collins, CO on Nov 5, 2008, along with 29 other dogs (none of his siblings went with him). He was only 8 months old. After reading this article, we no longer wonder why poor Marty was so traumatized. Marty spent over five years in this horrible place! 😓

We're sharing this today to show that this problem of dog testing is so pervasive in our society, and that laws and regulations must change in order to help them. Please follow us at The Marty Project as we try to do just that! The time is now for change.
