Yesterday was truly something special, and we are still processing it all.
We are so humbled and grateful for the overwhelming support that surrounded us at our grand opening. Thank you to the Northeastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce President Jason Verraneault and executive director Elle Sherman, The Putnam Business Association President Attorney Kate Cerrone, Mayor Barney Seney, and our fellow entrepreneurs for showing up and making this milestone feel so meaningful. To our friends and family, thank you for celebrating alongside us and filling the room with so much warmth.
The speeches truly brought tears to our eyes. We are so used to being the ones behind the scenes, celebrating others and shining the spotlight on their moments. Being on the receiving end was well outside of our comfort zone, but it reminded us just how special this community is and how supported we truly are.
A very special thank you to my parents, Colleen Boisvert and Russ Boisvert. This business would not be what it is today without you. Your constant support, especially being available at the drop of a hat for childcare, has made this journey possible in more ways than we can ever fully express.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared kind words, brought thoughtful gifts, and helped make the day unforgettable. Yesterday is a core memory for us, one we will carry with us for years and decades to come.
