Outage Alert: 8/26/26 at 1:30pm

With outages across the county this afternoon, If your power is out, we assure you Florence Electricity Department crews are working diligently to get your power restored.

We appreciate your patience as our crews work as quickly and as safely as possible to restore power.

To report a power outage, call 256-764-4456. Do not call 911 to report a power outage. If you encounter a downed power line or damaged electrical equipment, stay away and treat them as if they are energized.

Please do not utilize social media as a method to report outages as our dispatchers do not monitor this page.
