Well, excuse my fine China, but this is breakfast in the South! Biscuits, scrambled eggs, and EVERYBODY gets sausage gravy! Looks like a terrible mess, as there’s no pretty way to plate it. But it’s one of my favorite breakfasts. Cardiologist isn’t very fond of it, but I didn’t invite him to breakfast anyway!

NOT MY POST but I thought it was great to share here. I know I can’t be the only adult that loves pizza Lunchables?! I got these for my kids' lunch boxes to cut costs instead of buying a $4 Lunchable every day, but I eat them too. The bread is naan bread! Then mozzarella, pepperoni, and a sq**rt of sauce! Much cheaper than Lunchables and with bigger portions!

I made these Strawberry Cream Cheese Cake Mix Cookies using cake mix and icing from the Dollar Tree because my boyfriend wanted cookies. They are SOOO good, and in total, I think it only cost me about $4 for 18 cookies. Just mix the cake mix with 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of vegetable oil. Form dough balls about 2 tablespoons in size and place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet a few inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 11 minutes. Enjoy!

I call this pepperoni bake, and the kids call it delicious! Cook 3 lbs of hamburger and 2 boxes of mac and cheese. Combine these with 2 cans of pizza sauce in a baking dish, then top with cheese and pepperoni. Add a little garlic seasoning for a pizza taste. Bake for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
