After months of hard work and leadership changes, the St. Louis County Animal Care and Control Adoption Center passed inspection and received its official animal shelter license from the Missouri Department of Agriculture. Inspectors visited the shelter, located at 10521 Baur Blvd. in Olivette, on June 30 and found it fully compliant with all state regulations. This comes after the shelter failed three previous inspections since February of this year, requiring the county to begin the licensing process all over again in May.
