We’re in a season of messy growth: juggling new babies, new clients, and big projects.

And honestly? It’s not always balanced.

Work/life balance isn’t a perfect equation, and we’re learning to stop chasing perfection and start building resilience instead.

What is centering us? Growth doesn’t always feel polished. It’s early mornings, shifting priorities, and learning how to show up for our team and clients while also showing up for ourselves. But we believe that progress over perfection is worth celebrating.

You don’t need to be on every platform to win at social media. (Yes, we said it.)

We’ve seen business owners spread themselves thin trying to be everywhere at once: TikTok, Threads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. It usually ends in burnout.

The truth? Show up where your audience hangs out.

And here’s a hot tip from our friend Annie Schiffmann: pick two platforms, and make sure they’re not both owned by the same company. (AKA the IG + FB combo doesn’t count. Do that and all your eggs are in Meta’s basket. 🧺)
