I've been finding myself worrying a lot. Worrying about my future, worrying about if everything God promised me is going to pass, worrying when will the spiritual warfare be over; the list can go on.
Worrying is satan's tactic of keeping your eyes fixed on the problems and not the problem solver. God reminded me, that when I worry, I am worshipping the problem, not him. When we worry, we're not truly trusting in God and his power to change everything for us.
Worrying causes us to doubt God, and his power, that's why it says in 1 Peter 5:7 "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you"
God knows that we can't handle the weight of our worries and fears, that's why he wants us to leave it up to him and he will handle it. When we continue to worry, it can cause us to be so stressed that we lean on other things to fill a void that only God can.
No matter what situation or circumstances you are in, trust God even if it seems so hard. He will take care of you, he will get you through everything that you've been so worried about. He loves us and wants us to have a peaceful and renewed mind. We can't receive it if we allow satan to torment us with our worries, fears, and mistakes.
