When you have the heart of a servant, you’re not chasing recognition—you’re chasing His “Well done.”

Servants don’t clock out.
They stay faithful in the hidden places,
knowing God promotes in the open.

But promotion isn’t about timing or need—it’s about your willingness to faithfully serve in your position.

A brick out of place on a wall
jeopardizes the wall’s integrity.

Serving means sticking with what God told you to do—even when no one notices, and even when circumstances shift.

It means modeling love in your home,
unity in your relationships,
and the Gospel with your life.

You’re not here for man’s approval.
You’re here to do the will of the Lord.

And when your eyes are on Him,
you’ll find that revival isn’t just something you attend—
it’s something you carry
that bursts out from inside you.

You were never meant to live this life on your own strength. Faith is your power source. Prayer is your lifeline.

When you stay in the Spirit, you start moving things in the natural.

Prayer should be your reflex—when things get stuck, go back to the Word.

Every victory comes with its challenges,and those challenges are designed to refine your character.

The next level doesn’t come by ambition, but by humility.

Create a character that adjusts quickly.

When you serve, you silence self-pity.
When you’re thankful, you overpower discouragement and jadedness.
And when you’re honest, humble, and willing—God will use you.

The fruit doesn’t have to take forever.
Stay planted. Keep confessing truth.
Surround yourself with people who carry vision and walk in wisdom.

“Leadership has to focus on discipleship. You must be a disciple to multiply.”

This week at Kingdom Masterclass, CEO Miguel Delgado reminded us: inspiration doesn’t change the world—leadership does. And leadership that lasts is built on discipleship, not personality.

🚀 True leaders search for the treasure in people. Pay attention to the people no one is focused on. When you focus on changing people’s lives-the joy and the increase will come.

📖 “Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.” —Proverbs 11:14

Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne continued with the importance of accountability, rest, and building a legacy.

Here’s how to maintain success God’s way:

7️⃣ Isolation at the top is dangerous.

“Where no counsel is, the people fall.” —Proverbs 11:14
Surround yourself with people who can say “No”. Stay connected to mentors and accountability partners who keep you grounded.

8️⃣ Rest is necessary—burnout destroys empires.

“Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God.” —Exodus 20:9-10

Prioritize rest and health to maintain a sustainable pace in business and life.

9️⃣ The love of money is a trap.

“For the love of money is the root of all evil…” —1 Timothy 6:10
Value people over profit. Regularly examine your heart—is your wealth serving the Kingdom or your self-interest?

🔟 Teach the next generation or they will squander it.

“Train up a child in the way he should go…” —Proverbs 22:6

Teach your children the principles of stewardship, hard work, and humility. Lead by example and pass on wisdom.

1️⃣1️⃣ Accountability keeps the vision alive.

“Obey them that have the rule over you…” —Hebrews 13:17

Be open to correction and stay transparent with trusted advisors to keep your vision aligned with God’s purpose.

1️⃣2️⃣ Only what’s done for Christ will last.

“Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it…” —Psalm 127:1
Connect everything to Kingdom purpose. Build for eternity and invest in souls and missions that will outlast you.

🔥True success is measured by what lasts beyond our lifetime. Keep your eyes on eternity, stay faithful, and invest in what truly matters. Are you called to be a millionaire? A soulenaire? or both?

📖 “Do you see a man diligent in his business? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before mean men.” —Proverbs 22:29

This week at Kingdom Masterclass, Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne shared his wisdom on 12 powerful points on diligence in business. True success isn’t just about reaching the top—it’s about staying there with integrity and faithfulness.

1️⃣ Diligence brings promotion, but laziness after success brings decline. “He becomes poor who works with a slack and idle hand, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.” —Proverbs 10:4 Stay actively involved in your business, perform regular financial assessments, and surround yourself with skilled, competent people.

2️⃣ Pride comes before the fall. “Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.” —Proverbs 16:18 Stay humble and accountable to others. Submit to wise counsel and always remember that success is a gift, not a right.

3️⃣ Ignoring God leads to loss of purpose. “What shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” —Mark 8:36 Seek God’s direction daily. Make time for prayer and Scripture to ensure your business and life stay aligned with His purpose.

4️⃣ Generosity sustains wealth—stinginess leads to lack. “There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth…” —Proverbs 11:24 Generosity builds long-term wealth. Teach your children to value generosity, and fund things that align with eternal purposes.

5️⃣ Poor stewardship ruins dynasties. “Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.” —1 Corinthians 4:2 Be a faithful steward. Build long-term financial plans and ensure that your legacy is built on principles of wisdom and faithfulness.

6️⃣ Misplaced trust in riches ends in regret. “He that trusteth in his riches shall fall…” —Proverbs 11:28 Trust God, not wealth. Diversify your assets and remember that your net worth is not your value.

🔥 These principles set the foundation on becoming a millionaire, a soulenaire, or both. In Part 2, we’ll talk about accountability, the power of rest, and what it truly means to build for eternity.

You don’t have a job-you have a mission and a purpose. God didn’t create you to chase a paycheck—He created you to chase your purpose.

This week, CEO Miguel Delgado broke down the difference between working for a paycheck and walking in purpose. The world runs on labor and wages, but the Kingdom operates on faith, calling, and supernatural provision.

“You weren’t made for a job—you were made for a God-given assignment.”

Jesus didn’t offer His disciples a better paycheck—He gave them a mission:  “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men!”

Your job is temporary, but your calling is eternal. The moment you step into what God has for you, provision follows purpose.

Stop striving for survival—start thriving in your assignment!
