📖 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16

This week at our live Kingdom Masterclass, CEO Miguel Delgado taught on moral excellence, patience, love, and what it means to let your light shine in the way you live, lead, and conduct business.

1️⃣ LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE BEFORE MEN

Your light is not meant to be hidden. Don’t hide your faith. Be willing to live it boldly—in public and in private—and let people see what God is doing through your life.

Value: BOLDNESS

2️⃣ LET THEM SEE YOUR MORAL EXCELLENCE

People don’t just hear what we believe; they experience how we operate. Moral excellence shows up in your integrity, work ethic, attitude, relationships, and how you treat others—especially when no one is watching.

Value: EXCELLENCE

3️⃣ LET YOUR LIFE POINT THEM TO THE FATHER

Your excellence isn’t about you—it’s about God. Let your character, leadership, work, and daily life point people back to the Father and bring Him glory.

Value: HUMILITY

Your faith should be seen in the way you lead.
Your love should be seen in the way you serve.
Your excellence should be seen in the way you work.

What does this have to do with Business? EVERYTHING!

IT’S ABOUT TO GET PRACTICAL.

This week at Kingdom Masterclass, Pastor Alex Burgos shares a practical message on vision, identity, growth, and developing what God has placed inside of you.

You cannot identify what is missing until you know who you are, what you value, and where God is calling you. Vision gives direction, relationship with Jesus gives identity, and the Holy Spirit leads you into truth. When you know your target, you can recognize the people God has placed around you to sharpen you, disciple you, and help develop what He has already put inside of you. Growth requires humility, mentorship, self-assessment, and a willingness to keep showing up.

God wants to build you differently—to make you faithful, excellent, skillful, and valuable wherever you go. You are not defined by your past or your circumstances, but by who God says you are. Leadership is more than completing tasks; it is taking ownership, solving problems, creating value, and multiplying what has been entrusted to you. Excellence is not exhaustion. Wisdom brings accuracy and innovation. Develop your gifts, cut away what is hindering your growth, and do everything as unto the Lord. It’s time to distinguish yourself.

What does this have to do with business? EVERYTHING 🔥

🔥 KINGDOM MASTERCLASS 🔥

“God can’t bless a plan He didn’t give.”

This week at our live Kingdom Masterclass, CEO Miguel Delgado taught on prayer, humility, repentance, obedience, and learning to trust God’s plan over our own.

God isn’t just concerned with what you’re doing or what you accomplish. He cares about who you are becoming. Your plan is uniquely designed for you, but God wants to work on you before He works through you.

When you press in, God will speak. But prayer requires humility and repentance. Wanting to get out of a hole and true repentance are two different things. Pressure reveals what’s in your heart. The way out is a true heart of repentance.

🔥 You don’t need to manipulate situations to get an outcome.

Your responsibility is listening to God and faithfulness. Sometimes we ask God for the next step when we never completed the last assignment.

You need to pass the test before the testimony.

Massive growth requires massive order.

Don’t trust yourself, trust the Word. The Word will lead you and guide you. The Word moves things you cannot move.

Waiting reveals what you trust: God’s plans or your moves.

You have to be convicted, not condemned. Lose the fear of being wrong and you’ll be free from condemnation. The Word of God convicts and changes.

🔥 Everything starts and ends at your prayer life.

Faith requires humility and desperation, and humility puts us in a position to receive grace.

📖 “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”

Seek the Lord and rely on Him with everything you’ve got.

So ask yourself:

Who’s the main character of your life?

And what does this have to do with business? EVERYTHING! 🔥

🔥 CULTURE OF HONOR 🔥

“It doesn’t matter if it’s Kingdom business or any other area of life. We should be operating the same way: Kingdom first.”

This week at our live Kingdom Masterclass, one of our very own, Evan Talbert, brought the Word, teaching on covenant, submission to authority, unity, and developing a culture of honor in every area of life.

Covenant is the foundation of the Kingdom. You are either in covenant with God or mammon. Wherever you are called, you will be blessed when you operate the Kingdom way.

God loves us so much that He gave us promises. The Bible is full of promises, but we have to do our part. We need the Word and an encounter with the love of God. We need to be in the Word so we can renew our minds.

Don’t just read the Word. Act on it. If you’re acting on the Word, it will not return void.

🔥 Your heart is everything.

It doesn’t matter if you put on a face. The Lord sees your heart. Have a heart of honor.

Honor can bring impartation. If you lose a culture of honor, you lose impartation. Honor the anointing on a person’s life. If you look at people after the flesh, you will miss your blessing.

Scan for opportunities to honor. Too many people are looking to get. Look for opportunities to give and honor.

The level of your prosperity is gauged by the level of your generosity.

📖 “Those who honor Me I will honor.” — 1 Samuel 2:30

Submission is endless growth. Submission to authority is safety.

Covenant with the Lord. Submission to authority. Honor.

🔥 Unity brings commanded blessing.

Don’t forget what the Lord has done in your life. You don’t have to figure everything out. You have to trust God’s Word.

As we go through the process, you will see that the Lord is imparting things in you if you let Him, through obedience and faith.

We overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.

If it doesn’t produce fruit, cut it off.

Have a culture of honor.
Have a heart of honor.

And what does this have to do with business? EVERYTHING! 🔥

🔥 KINGDOM MASTERCLASS 🔥

“Great weeks and great months begin with a great attitude.”

This week at our live Kingdom Masterclass, CEO Miguel Delgado taught on the process, endurance, faithfulness, and trusting God with the outcome.

🔥 Declare this with us!

I am the clay, and God is my Potter.

I will not resist the process.

I will allow the Word of God to shape my thoughts, my words, my character, and my actions.

I will trust God through trials, circumstances, time, and patience because I already have the victory.

I will not mistake preparation for rejection.

I will not despise hidden seasons.

I will not allow my circumstances to define my victory.

I will walk out the victory God has already given me.

I will remain faithful when I cannot yet see the reward.

I will trust God in the deep waters.

The Word is shaping me into the vessel God has called me to be.

I am being formed, sharpened, prepared, and, in God’s appointed time, released for His glory.

I am not being defeated by the process—I am being developed through it.

The Potter knows what He is making, and I trust His hands.

What does this have to do with business? EVERYTHING! 🔥

🔥 KINGDOM MASTERCLASS 🔥

“Life is always going to have winds and waves, but you have to build yourself up to overcome.”

This week at our live Kingdom Masterclass, CEO Miguel Delgado taught on faith, purpose, and moving forward when resistance comes.

No resistance, no growth.

Sometimes when things don’t work out around you, God is working something out inside of you first. Allow the Lord to change you, because God will change your story.

🔥 Remove the restrictions from your mind.

You are not restricted—you are empowered. God has given you the power to dream, believe, and move forward.

Faith counts it done before there is any proof in the natural. The fact that you cannot see it does not mean it isn’t there.

📖 Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

But faith requires action.

Put action to your faith. Move in the direction of what you are believing for, and trust God to do what only He can do.

Faith asks.
Faith seeks.
Faith knocks.

🔥 Vision comes out of purpose.

Believe for more so you can help more. Your purpose is to be a tool of Heaven, and the only way to stay filled is to pour out.

Never stop believing.
Never stop pouring into people.

What God gives you is never meant to stop with you. It is meant to flow through you.

Don’t allow disappointment to take the fire out of you. If God called you to do it, He will provide for it.

Allow purpose to be the center of what you are doing today.

A vision is given to you because people will be impacted by your obedience. Allow the Lord to use you where you stand today.

And you can’t do it by yourself. You need a team.

Purpose gives you the endurance to withstand difficult seasons, resistance, and adversity.

There is something connected to your obedience. Pour out where you are, and God will bring the people who need what He placed inside of you.

God gave you a gift so you could minister to others.

So dream.
Believe.
Stand.
Move.
Pour out.
Build the team.
Keep going.

🔥 You are not restricted. You are empowered.

And what does any of this have to do with business? EVERYTHING. 🔥

🔥 KINGDOM MASTERCLASS 🔥

“Don’t lose momentum by neglecting the little things.”

This week at our live Kingdom Masterclass, CEO Miguel Delgado taught on consistency, peace, and why the condition of your heart determines what God can build through your life.

When you are consistent in the little things, they become the foundation of your life. Eventually, they become who you are. Consistency in decision-making matters.

God left us His Word so we can know what He wants. A word from the Lord is worth more than a billion dollars.

If you don’t have peace, you can’t hear Heaven. Let go of anything that troubles your mind. Peace is worth more than a billion dollars.

If you’re hungry, you’ll receive everything God has for you. The position of your prosperity is the position of your heart.

📖 Matthew 6:33 gives us the framework of the blessing:

1️⃣ Seek first the Kingdom of God.
2️⃣ Seek His righteousness.
3️⃣ All these things will be added unto you.

Righteousness is doing the right thing, Monday through Sunday. You make righteous decisions by having a pure heart, and without peace, there is no purity. Don’t keep looking like the world while trying to serve God.

A lot of people let God into the big places, but not the little place. That little place drives the big truck of your life. Let God into the little place and surrender it to Him.

📖 “The little foxes spoil the vine. I grabbed that little fox and set him on fire”

Don’t live with offense in your heart. Offense is the unseen trap of the devil, and what defiles a person is not what goes in, but what comes out.

If the devil cannot stop you, how can a man? No one can stop what God has for you.

Be a blessing. Be happy. Fill yourself with the Word.

What does this have to do with business? EVERYTHING! 🔥

🔥 KINGDOM MASTERCLASS 🔥

“Wisdom moves you forward.”

This week at our live Kingdom Masterclass, CEO Miguel Delgado taught on pursuing Godly wisdom and why wisdom is the key to moving forward in every season of life.

You don’t have to give up.

Whenever you don’t know what you’re doing, just keep moving forward because God has a surprise for you. It is the Word of God that keeps you standing in every season of your life.

📖 If anyone lacks wisdom, ask God.

God is waiting for you to call out, and He will answer. God always answers when you ask in faith. Wisdom does not look at how much you fail. It looks at how much faith you’re asking with.

The fear of the Lord is to know God. If you don’t know the Word, you don’t know God enough.

Wisdom begins with the pure intentions of your heart. You cannot have a pure heart without having your eyes on Jesus. There cannot be purity if there is no connection to Jesus. God always begins with the heart because every decision you make flows from it.

Wisdom is the practical application of God’s truth in your life. Wisdom is void of self ambition. Wisdom simply moves forward with the truth.

🌱 Wisdom shapes you. Wisdom produces righteous fruit. Wisdom produces good decisions. A person full of wisdom is full of peace, love, gentleness, and consideration.

True impartation is released through honor. Godly wisdom looks beyond temporary gain. The gain of wisdom is better than silver and gold. Wisdom brings length of days. All her paths are peace.

The world tells you to pursue possessions. God says to pursue wisdom.

“The plan of God will no longer delay.”

Make connection with what God showed you. If He told you, He will make it come to pass. God never changes His mind. Reconcile yourself back to His plan.

What does this have to do with business? EVERYTHING! 🔥

🔥 KINGDOM MASTERCLASS 🔥

“Promotion is progressive, not instantaneous.” — Osiel Martinez

This week at our live Kingdom Masterclass, Osiel Martinez taught on God’s process of preparation and why character always precedes promotion.

We all want microwave prophecies.

But God prepares before He promotes.

Don’t confuse your calling with your position.

God gives the calling first.

The position comes later.

Joseph received the dream before the palace.

David was anointed before he became king.

Moses spent 40 years in preparation.

God always separates the promise from the fulfillment.

Between the promise and the promotion, there is always a process.

There is always a testing.

There is always development.

Your circumstances may not change immediately,

but something should be changing inside of you.

📈 Growth is biblical.

God is developing you right now.

Gifts may get you noticed,

but character is what keeps you there.

Calling without character becomes dangerous.

Ask yourself:

What are you not managing that God has already given you?

Many people pray for promotion.

Few people pray for wisdom.

📖 James 1:2–4 reminds us that the testing of our faith produces patience, and patience develops maturity.

📖 Romans 5:3–5 teaches that tribulation produces perseverance, perseverance produces character, and character produces hope.

📖 1 Peter 5:6 says,

“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.”

God’s timing is never accidental.

His process is preparing you for what His promise requires.

He is not only interested in your calling.

He is not only interested in your position.

He is interested in the person you are becoming.
