Recent work at Petco Park in San Diego with Mason Miller. What a nice guy. He was chill and easy to deal with and signed a few balls and a baseball card I brought. The only thing that could have been better would be that this was an all Dodger experience. Somebody please make that happen!!

I finally replaced the annoying coiled cable on my 7506s with some very thin 2 conductor Mogami cable and a Neutrik right angle 3.5mm trs. So much better now. Almost like I’m not even wearing them. I’m going to do another pair soon.

I woke up with a van covered in snow and ice. Drove 45 minutes to base camp and it was like a completely different world. Recorded the sounds of a tricked out Porsche all day.

This supplies phantom power to a landline phone so I can record the DTMF tones and the audio from the receiver. No dialtone and no service. The ring sends like 100+ volts down the wire so this is probably not safe for a real live phone. However it is great for an upcoming project that will be faking it and getting that authentic phone sound. Soldering is fun!
