Greetings My Peeps!

I Am So Grateful!! I'm sending out Big Thanks!! So proud of the success of our joint event ATDNYC and ICF NYC Chapter that provided and insider’s peek into enterprise coaching cultures: how they’re built, what it means for your organization, and your coaching practice.

We had a enlightening one hour moderated panel discussion with Q&A from industry-leading coaches who built and scaled corporate coaching cultures on what it takes and the types of coaches they hire. Speakers: David Lipsky (Head Coach, Samsung Electronics America) and Brett Badders (Global Head of Coaching & People Advisor, S&P Global).

We also experienced 20 minute interactive breakouts and a wonderful networking mixer with tasty food and drinks. It was truly superb!

Thanks to my Director of Strategic Sponsorships and Partnerships - Rachel Fichter, Adelma Hand, Jason Pilleggi, Laura from Tonalli, the ATDNYC Team, S&P Global and everyone who helped to make the event special.

It's Okay To Take A Break!!!

Hello My Beautiful Peeps! I'm back after my 1 year hiatus from all things media. I missed you all so much, but you were in my thoughts alot!!!

I had to take some time to focus on what's really important, make some major life decisions, do some perspective and mindset shifts, set new goals, and create a new plan of action that supports my success in all areas moving forward in my life, business and creative. I can't say I have it all figured out yet, and its been a rollercoaster ride but I've been enjoying the journey.

A few highlights during my break:
♡ Prioritize Self-Care!

♡ Learning how to be the best mother to Toddler Tre' and Baby Jasmine, and raise the most amazingly wonderful humans.

♡ Traveling, spending time, talking to and checking in with family and friends I haven't seen or talked to in a while.

♡ Figuring out how I want to show up as the best version of myself, impact people's lives, and make a difference in the world.

♡ I am now the President of International Coaching Federation New York Chapter. This is a big one and totally unexpected.

♡ Deciding what's next for Mangoseed Entertainment, Mangoseed Productions, The Antoy Show, mobile apps, and how they all fit into my overall business plan.

♡ Wrote 2 books that are now available on Amazon & Barnes & Noble called Best Year Ever Planner + Journal & Best Year Ever Goal Workbook. Get your copy!

♡ Producing with my friend Sharon Brathwaite on her new television pilot "Comedy Divas"

♡ Decreased my paid coaching/consulting clients and added a few pro-bono clients.

♡ Started working with my talent manager and acting again.

♡ Thinking about cool content I can create for you that will make your lives even more fabulous!

♡ And more...

Will share more nuggets from my 1 year break, but for this post I simply wanted to let you all know I'm back, I missed you all and it's okay to step away from everything, take time to yourself to really think clearly with no distractions, figure out all your stuff and come back clearer, stronger and better than before.
