We had a great Do The Math 247 Character-Building summer class at Children Family Urban Movement (CFUM) talking all about Bullying—what it looks like, how it feels, and most importantly, what to do about it!
We practiced using kind words, being upstanders, and spreading more smiles, not hurt. 😊💬

🪞💬 Mirror, Mirror… I Am Amazing!
During last weeks Do The Math 247 Character-building summer class at we discussed the importance of Self-Respect.

We covered Positive Affirmations, being authentic and not compaing ourselves to others, setting Healthy Boundaries, Self-Care, and acknowledging our Achievements and Strengths.

Students did our Self-Respect Mirror Activity—and it was full of positivity and smiles! 😄✨

They wrote kind words and positive affirmations inside their mirrors like:

“I am smart”
“I am beautiful”
”I am creative"
"You're going to have a good day"

Then, we practiced saying them out loud—because speaking good things about ourselves should be a habit every day!

Let’s keep the self-love shining bright! ☀️
