Congratulations to our seniors! Our WFCF family has 5 graduating seniors all in the department. We are so thankful for our DJs for all the time and dedication they have put into our station, and we cannot wait to see what amazing things they will do in the future! 🥲

WFCF was honored to host Ken Walsh, former White House correspondent and columnist for the U.S. News & World Report.

Mr. Walsh is here as part of Flagler College’s Forum on Government and Public Policy.
Emily Braunstein sat down with Mr. Walsh and spoke about our country’s current political climate. The interview is airing at 5pm today.

He will be presenting “Architects of Toxic Politics in America” tonight at 7 PM at Flagler College’s Ringhaver Student Center, 50 Sevilla Street.

⭐️ Director Spotlight: Audrey Schaffer ⭐️

Meet Audrey Schaffer, otherwise known as DJ Oddz. In addition to being an on-air personality, (tune in on Thursday mornings from 7-9 a.m. to hear “Fairly Odd Mornings”), Audrey is WFCF’s music director. This means that she programs all of the music for the college rock block, as well as a few other categories. Audrey is a junior studying journalism at Flagler College, and has minors in art and psychology. She joined the station in 2023 through Flagler’s radio workshop program, and became the music director in 2024. Audrey has renovated the college rock block, adding a new ‘Throwbacks’ category, placing an emphasis on smaller and local bands, and adding some edge back into its music library. She scours current charts, up and coming bands, and new music, making sure to keep WFCF’s listeners up-to-date with the best in contemporary rock and pop. We greatly appreciate everything she does for the station!

Today, we had the honor of hosting former NBC News’ Chief Political Analyst in our studio today. One of our on-air personalities sat down with Mr.Todd to speak on politics, government affairs, and public policy. If you are interested in hearing this talk you can tune into WFCF today, March 11th at 5:00pm or join Forum on Government and Public Policy at 7:00pm tonight in the Ringhaver Student Center.

Last night the WFCF College Rock Block staff had their party to celebrate the semester as well as the graduating seniors. The party was packed with Dan’s famous chili, s’mores, basset hounds, and a good old fashioned movie night featuring Pirate Radio. We always love having a good WFCF party whenever possible and enjoying each other’s company. Rock Out! 🤘
