**Casting call**
Mr Average.
Feature length production. (Comedy/fantasy/drama).
To be filmed in Merseyside area 2025 and 2026.
Roles are non-paid, expenses and food covered. Also any money made from sales or distribution, will be divided between cast and crew.

No dates are as yet set for filming, however we can work around peoples schedules and shooting will be mainly weekends and bank holidays. Looking to start filming from August 25.

Synopsis.
Meet Doug, a man with just one goal in life, to go on tour with his one man comedy act, alas his day job keeps getting in the way, for Doug is the grim reaper, or at least he thinks he is. Tims, his young assistant, who was hired to help plan the tour also has his doubts. All Doug has to do to fulfil his dream is to deliver a man to a solicitors office, sounds easy, well it would be if it wasn’t for the undead, the river guards of phlegethon, a woman who controls the gates to hell, and a man with a gasmask and a shotgun.
Character Bios:
Doug (Also goes by the ‘Reaper’ and GR) Age range 30 – 50.
Doug is a middle aged, wears average clothes and has an ‘Average’ outlook on life, he is also a stand up comedian with an act that would make Frankie Boyle blush, oh, he also believes he’s the Grim reaper.
Susan. 25+
Manager of a local chain store, only went on a date with Tims (Tims is already cast, becomes Doug young assistant) because he kept coming into her store and bought the most cushions anyone has ever purchased, she is young, bright and little too interested in Tims boss.
Christopher. 35+
Christopher seems to know more than any mortal man should, has wisdom beyond his years, which comes in handy when working as a library assistant. He also hates Doug and has a more then passing resemblance to Riff Raff from the rocky horror show.
Sara. 20+
PA to the mysterious Brown, (Brown, already cast, is a business woman who may or may not be the gatekeeper to Hell) Sara is smart, focused and very much someone you should not take lightly.
Adam, 18+
Young eager and naïve, he arrives at Subject zero’s house with Doug at the start of the film, with the idea of helping Subject zero to the next plain, but ends up with a shot gun in his face.
Appears in other scenes throughout the film.
Subject Zero. 40+
Little is known about Zero, other than he is smartly dressed, likes gardening and owns a gasmask and shotgun.
We are also looking to cast: open to all.
