FINALLY after a half hour on the phone and getting hung up on when I requested a call back in WHICH I did get a call back because I didn't want to hold in the first place, I jad no choice and held and I FINALLY got someone to come out here.... 😤😤😤

RIP to Dayton legend Amanda Kayne. I'm so happy we caught each other with big hugs during Dayton Pride and said hey one last time.

My ❤️ is with all my Dayton family tonight! 🕊🕊🕊

We would like to acknowledge the passing of a local legend. Amanda Kayne (Dallas) passed away earlier today. Amanda was a great supporter of the community and will be missed.

Happy Juneteenth! In case you all didn't know the reason for the season, here's some facts:

* Juneteenth marks June 19, 1865, when enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, finally learned of their freedom – over two years after the Emancipation Proclamation!

* Texas (YES Texas) was the first state to declare Juneteenth a state holiday in 1980.

* Juneteenth officially became a federal holiday in the United States in 2021 although many still have to work it and I'm certain our current administration is steering as far away from it was possible today as if it didn't happen..... 😑😑
