Tickets are on sale for the Southern Maryland Film Festival this Saturday, August 16, 2025. To find out when each film is showing, go to the Film Blocks page of the festival's website and click on the names of the blocks. The page for each block contains a short description of the films in that block and a link for purchasing tickets. You may also purchase tickets on the RC Theaters Lexington Exchange Movies 12 website or at the theater's box office.

It's time for the annual TC Radio Live tribute to "Christmas in July." A little bit of fun in the middle of summer. Holiday season tunes are only available July 24-25. TC Radio Live returns to regular programming on Saturday, July 26.

"TC Radio Live" is the Internet radio station for the Dr. James A. Forrest Career and Technology Center in Leonardtown, MD. Students in the Digital Audio & Podcasting and Digital Media Production classes program the music and produce all the IDs, shows and podcasts. Real World, Real Learning.

Bill Cooper is one of the original members of the SkillsUSA Audio Production National Education Team (NET) and a mentor to the instructor for the Forrest Center's Digital Media Production program. He recently wrote a book about his 40 year career in radio. The book is titled "Tuned In: A life on and off the radio" and is available on Amazon. We thought some of our alumni might enjoy reading it.
