Good Friday Morning everyone ! It appears Fall is finally in the air.
Just a couple of things to touch upon as I've been slacking in communications lately.
First and foremost for the Dish subscribers that are NOT under contract, the annual $5.00 price increase did just recently hit. Apologies for this but as with all systems and carriers, this is a yearly thing. ( DirecTV is making a SECOND increase in a couple of weeks). Remember , you may call 1-800-333-3474 and ask for the LOYALTY department and negotiate your pricing. It may require agreeing to another commitment term, but if it can save 25-40 bucks per month... hey, it's worth a shot. If you get a rep that's not cooperative, call back the next day. You'll never get the same person twice.
New customer 3 year price lock capability will expire on October 31st but may be honored until November 13th. Basically, should you wish to subscribe before November 13th and be a new customer, I can give the current 3 year price lock with only a 2 year commitment.
I know a great many have left us for streaming Tv as is your option. I would ask that you start watching the pricing of streaming services as they seem to be getting greedy as of late with price increases. Also, e that stream, remember to count the cost of the high speed internet needed to stream. That's an expense as well.
Speaking of internet.... I know fiber is available to a great many but not everyone as of yet. We do still have a partnership with T-Mobile wireless for anyone interested. I mean ANYONE, ANYWHERE in the lower 48 states. I can check availability for anyone that wishes to simply PM me an address. It's hit or miss as more towers are lighting up every day. I confess that I had it and it was great in my area with speeds exceeding 140 Mbps download at my home address but the data pack was limited. I currently have unlimited fiber and NOW the T-Mobile in my area is showing unlimited.. Oh well.... never know. It served it's purpose
Many have asked where I'm located. The Indian Hills office is closed but the contact number for me remains the same and I consider myself semi-retired at the moment. Should you need new service ( DISH 0nly), or repairs, Dish or DirecTV, just call us at 270-885-9452.
Remember, we do RV's , hunting cabins, lakehouses, wall hang TV's with hidden wiring and pre wire new construction. Custom work is something corporate doesn't really like to do so we are happy to take it on.

Evening everyone. In case you missed it, my office is no longer in Indian Hills. I have moved what I needed to continue to a home office. This doesn't mean that I've stopped working completely, let's call it semi-retired. It's gonna take a few days to get sorted out after the chaos of the move but I still know where enough stuff is to operate.. Lord help me get organized. Anyway, the number remains the same.. 270-885-9452 should anyone need service , repairs, ( the ones I do that corporate is scared of) and new installations. Yes.. I can do DirecTV repairs also. Thanks to all my loyal customers over the years for their support. Please share this so all will know. Moving from Navaho Trail location during the next 2 days. Phones and internet may be down during this time. I will be working from home after this transition. Good afternoon everyone. Here's the scoop at the moment. I'll be moving from my current location in Indian Hills to working from my home by the end of next week. I have a small couch and a recliner along with an old 25 " console TV that still will work that I'm looking to get rid of. Free to whoever wants or needs them. The couch and recliner are not perfect but they are usable and very comfy. Would be great for a man cave, garage or even the home with a cover on the couch. Use the TV cabinet and make a dog bed or whatever you please. If not gone by mid week of next week, they will hit the curb and any rain will ruin them all. PM me on here or my personal page if interested. Must pickup. No delivery.
Also looking for unhappy DirecTV customers. We still have a $300.00 bounty on qualifying Direct customers willing to make the switch over to Dish . 2 year contract...3 year price lock. I'm not quitting just yet, only moving and slowing down. Thanks to all.

Afternoon everyone. Just an update. Have had a couple of inquiries from people expressing interest in buying this business but no one seems to want to follow up.
That being said, I will most likely be moving the business to my home during the next few weeks. Hopefully the phone number will stay the same but if not I'll post any changes.
I meant what I said in the ad for the business. It would make a great investment for a younger person wishing to work at it and I'll help train, but I also meant it when I said I was gonna slow down.
Even after it moves to the house, I'll continue to do what I can from there but there will be no walk ins unless it's to pick up a remote or a part.
I also have several excellent DirecTV dishes with LNB and all required switches and power sources that I will sell for reasonable offers. If they don't sell, I'll scrap em. I also have many other assorted dish related parts and accessories that I'll sell at reasonable prices. They will also be scrapped if not sold.
Just putting it out there and letting everyone know upfront.

Good Morning all. It's gonna be a hot one today so be careful if you have to get outside for work or even play.

This may hit a sore spot for some but I have been contacted by GOTW3 ( after cutting ties with them) and they are promising that they have re branded the product and have working units with unlimited data available. They want me back on board but I'm actually using their efforts as leverage for any of the customers I still have out there that are unsatisfied.
Their promise , to me, this morning is that they will be reaching out to MY old customer base in attempts to make everyone happy. They promise to swap out routers that are workable and if you're currently paying the full price ($ 134.99) then you will get unlimited data with the new equipment.
I would ask that IF they do indeed contact any of you and make good on their promises, please let me know how the experience works out for you.
This does NOT mean that I am back with them nor can I do anything about their brand or field calls about poor service. They shut me down after I stopped selling their product which proved to be junk.
I simply would like to know if my attempt for leverage to help you get the improvements happens or not.

As a side note.... Our office will be closed from Friday, June 30 until Wednesday, July 5 for Independence day holiday.
As always, we continue to strive to serve as well as possible with DISH offering a continued 3 year price lock with promotional pricing for new customers. We will also offer a DirecTV "bounty" of a prepaid $300.00 prepaid debit card for switching over to DISH from Direct until October 11 2023. Must credit qualify and have a DirecTV bill no less than 6 months old to upload to receive the card.

Great news for my new potential DISH customers that have been patiently waiting for service. The website is back up as of 1:30 this afternoon. I will be able to create new contracts and install for anyone wishing to swap from DirecTV or cable over to Dish. Some of the other systems are still down but with promises of coming back online soon.
Also, on a side note.... people getting new roofs put on from the storm damage... please understand that IF a roofer removes your DirecTV or Dish antenna to do the new roof, even though they may say they can put it back in the same holes, these are precision pointed units and must be aligned properly to work. We can properly replace these antenna for you should you need help. It is, however, a non warrantied repair that will carry a charge to replace. I can guarantee you that if we replace it, you will have no issues with reception or leaks. If the roofer puts it on and it doesn't work, my job will just be harder and will cost more to correct the issue.
This is why I don't do roofing and they don't install satellite antennas. Just a friendly heads up.
