Meet the visionaries redefining quiet luxury in the Tennessee mountains. 🌿⛰️

Kevin and Amalia Logan created North Star Nature Suites with one intentional purpose: to design a place where stillness doesn’t have to be chased—it simply arrives.

After relocating from Minnesota to Nashville, the couple felt called to build something more meaningful. “We were ready to get out of the city and we were at a point in our careers where we wanted to do something more meaningful,” Amalia shared. That clarity sparked an idea after discovering glamping. “A light went off and we looked at each other and said, ‘This is it!’”

Finding the perfect land took time—nearly 100 properties—but when they stepped onto this untouched mountaintop, they knew. “When we first stepped foot on this beautiful unspoiled slice of heaven, we felt at peace,” Kevin said. Standing atop the ridge where the suites now sit, Amalia recalled, “Our breath was taken away.”

Every detail honors nature while elevating comfort. “We wanted to build the ultimate environment for connecting with one another in nature, but in perfect comfort,” they explained. From textures and materials to privacy, views, and even their signature fragrance, each suite is intentionally simple and beautifully refined.

For Amalia, luxury is deeply emotional. “Modern luxury is about environments that evoke feelings of warmth, energy, and simple pleasure… spaces that inspire harmony and natural balance,” she said. Guests feel it instantly—often sharing deeply personal reflections. One wrote, “This is exactly what my heart needed to begin healing.” Another shared, “We feel closer to heaven after spending time here.”

Living onsite allows the Logans to remain hands-on. “Because we live on site, we’re involved in everything—from reservations to groundskeeping—ensuring each stay feels curated and each guest feels special,” Kevin shared.
