Facts or fan fiction?

Saying it out loud doesn't make it true.

What happened to backing up thoughts with facts?

Why is it that people can't admit hatred rather than cover it up by saying they are being "critical" when they never say anything "positive" about the same person?

Why aren't people critical towards actual bad players? Or players that "didn't win a championship in Atlanta"?

Why is it that accomplishments matter for every former and current Atlanta Hawks player in Hawks history except for one?

Luka scored 73pts 2 January's ago. Who scored the other 75pts???

Luka hit 8 three's in the game. Dallas had 19 total in the game.

Luka scored 16 pts in the 4th qtr.

So whose job was it to stop Luka in this game? The worst defender on the team (per what everyone says)? Why? If winning matters to you, why would you have Trae on Luka?

Trae was not assigned to Luka.

The final score was 148-143. The Hawks lost this game by 5pts.
You really believe the Hawks lost this game because they had to "help" on Trae? How, when Trae wasn't guarding the best offensive player on the court???

The fact its, Clint gave up 25pts in this game, Bey gave up 21 pts in the game and Jalen Johnson gave up 18pts in the game while Trae gave up 11pts.

Trae gave up 1 three pointer, who gave up the other 18 three pointers? Dallas hit 54% from 3 in this game.

Josh Green had 21pts on 8/12 shooting and 4 of 5 from 3. Trae wasn't guarding him either.

Dallas had 56pts in the paint.

Trae had 30pts and 11 assists in the game. He generated no less than 55 pts in the game.

Hawks left 16pts on the board from missed shots created by Trae. Hawks lost game by 5 pts.

If Trae really was the worst defender, it wouldn't matter who he is guarding, he would give up 25 pts a game.

Fact is, this is not true.

On April 2nd of 2025 the Hawks were defeated by the Dallas Mavericks 120 to 118. That's 2 pts.

In this game, Anthony Davis had 34pts 15 boards and 5 blocks. All against Trae Young.

Klay had 17pts, 5-9 from 3, all against Trae Young.

Dallas had 48pts in the paint, 20 fast break pts and hit 15 threes in the game, all against Trae Young.

Actually, that's not true. Trae didn't give up 34 pts to AD nor the 17pts to Klay.

Trae didn't give up 118pts in this game. He did give up 13pts however.

Trae had 25pts and 12 assists in the game. He generated no less than 50pts in the game. Is 13 more than 25? Is it more than 50?

The Hawks left 40 pts on the board from missed shots created by Trae in the game. Hawks lost by 2pts. 11pts were left on the board in the 4th qtr alone including a missed 3 by Vit, a missed 3 by Mo G, a missed layup by OO and a missed 3 by Levert.

Mo G was 5-13 in the game for 11pts (played 14 min 1-5 from 3)
ZR was 4-11 in the game for 9pts
Trae was 8-20 in the game for 25pts
Dyson was 7-12 for 17pts
OO was 7-12 for 17pts
Mann had 4pts
Niang had 6pts

OO gave up 35 pts in the game
Trae gave up 13pts
Levert gave up 12pts
Vit gave up two 3's
Barlow gave up two 3's (played 7:54 min)

Hawks lost by 2pts

Here is a shot for shot review of the game. A game where AD never got doubled, not even on the last play of the game and everyone knew who was getting the ball. Watch, and tell me who AD scored the winning basket on and explain how it was Trae Young.
