It took just as much effort (if not more) to get 7 people into that low cost offer, when you really wanted 50. ⁣

You could have taken that same time, energy and effort, and gotten clients that would have paid you 10X more. ⁣
⁣
You don’t need to change your offer, you don’t need to change YOU, you need to shift your positioning. ⁣
⁣
Like this: ⁣
⁣
Instead of chopping down your prices, hoping and praying that X amount of people sign up for your offer, because only then it would be worth it for you to run it… ⁣
⁣
Instead of marketing to the masses and making this for everyone, you want to make it EXCLUSIVE, with a limited number of seats. ⁣
⁣
People pay for proximity. People pay for exclusivity. People pay for direct access. ⁣
⁣
That $500 offer that you knew should have been at least $2k, could have actually brought you $5k per client- if it was positioned correctly and put in front of the right people.

Everyone’s always talking about how to “GET” clients, rarely are they talking about how to keep them. (Cuz they’re not, lol) ⁣

No but seriously. ⁣
⁣
I’ve seen the offers. I’ve bought the programs. I’ve gotten on the email lists. ⁣
⁣
Underneath all that smoke and mirrors is just a bunch of fluff. ⁣
⁣
And underneath that fluff is: refund requests, chargebacks and legal battles they hide so graciously. ⁣
⁣
And this is what has so many people jaded and skeptical. ⁣
⁣
I grew my coaching business in the era that was more client-centric and focused on transformation and actually helping others vs praising self. ⁣
⁣
What a lot of people see today is a bunch of self-centered people who only care about their ego and what they look like online. They care more about dopamine hits than actually helping the people who just paid them.⁣
⁣
Those people appear to be “making it” and raking in the big bucks. Meanwhile, the person who actually cares, actually has experience and can actually change your life is being overlooked. ⁣
⁣
My point is, there is a lot of really great mentors and coaches that exist outside of that bubble you’ve been stuck in. ⁣
⁣
And staying there will have you believing that the coaching industry is collapsing, when in reality all of the fakers and posers are being weeded out before your very eyes. ⁣
⁣
The industry isn’t collapsing and it’s not dead… people are just tired of seeing the same tired regurgitated promises and lies with no substance behind it.

I believe anyone who has an online business should embrace AI in some capacity. That’s just common sense. ⁣

But not everyone should be teaching it. ⁣
