Mason & Murray Mixon Family Tree
Mason and Murray Mixon were two mullatto brothers that were able to secure hundreds of acres of land and create an incorporated free community called Mixonville. Between the two of them they produced 24 offspring. Today Mixonville is still a town located in Connnech County, Alabama.

Reflect on my roots. As a fifty year old tree, I am reminded that even the sturdiest of trees can flourish when nurtured by a strong foundation. God has blessed me with the gift of foresight, to envision limitless possibilities beyond the present and to discern the whispers of the wind.
