The Seattle Marathon will be running through the Marina November 30th!

Come support your local half-marathon runners during mile 9 and stop by the marina for a quick snack at Palisades or Maggie Bluffs.

The Marathon is also always in need of volunteers and would love the extra hands. More information at seattlemarathon.org

The annual Santa Parade is almost here. Lit up by our amazing maintenance team, GVHA’s orca will be glowing in full lights at the 43rd Peninsula Co-op Santa Claus Parade on November 29 at 5:30pm.

Please note that the route has changed and now runs along Wharf, Johnson and Government streets. You can support local families in need by donating non-perishable food items or making a small cash donation to the Mustard Seed Street Church & Food Bank team who will be in front of the Visitor Centre at Government and Wharf.
