The late but never forgotten Lou Parisi of Loch Arbour. I've been trying to find this photo of Lou and his beautiful wife Gloria since I heard the sad news of his passing at 99 on September 23, 2025. Lou was a WWII hero and the leading man of many passionate war stories. And Gloria was Lou's biggest fan. But its Gloria's sweet voice at all the veterans' events for which people may know her best. As clear as Aspen air atop Ajax Mountain ringing clear through every cavernous event space that honored Lou and his many close veteran colleagues, who kept the tales alive of the heroes they served with and some of whom I will add to this post very soon. Our condolences and warm regards Gloria.
