All required paperwork can now be completed and submitted digitally. You can:

✔️ Print, sign, and scan the forms if you prefer
✔️ Take clear photos of completed forms with your smartphone

You came to me with pages worn,
With dreams that waited to be born.
Not bound in cloth or ink alone,
But stitched from pieces of your soul.

We helped your words find lasting flight,
Transformed your thoughts into printed light.
Each chapter bore a part of you,
A life authentic and true.

Now quieter grows the writer's pen,
Its work perhaps complete by then.
Though silence lingers where you write,
Your voice still fills the morning light.

The shelves will never stand alone;
They echo with the seeds you've sown.
Long after hearts have ceased to beat,
Your words will walk on unwavering feet.

You trusted me to guard your name,
To tend the quiet, steady flame.
That is a promise I shall keep,
Though saying farewell cuts too deep.

Some friendships bloom through years gone by;
Ours learned to live where stories lie.
Between the margins, line by line,
