I can only write when there are no other tasks needed to be done for the day and everyone in the house is settled in for the night. Any chance of interruption causes my focus to go to s**t and delays my writing time.

Don't overthink the review process.

Reviews and ratings are part of the author's jouney. The sooner one can understand the world is really not your audience, only a slice of it is, the better.

Not everyone is going to love your writing, and that's OK.

In a way, I feel a lower rating validates the higher ones and if it's not the norm, actually removes itself from the equation. Especially if it's not accompanied by a review from a verified purchase.

Focus on the writing. The reviews--both good and bad--are out of your control.

Today I became painfully aware of how real the uphill climb is to share knowledge in hopes to better educate indie authors and self publishers using my 15 year journey.

That doesn't change the fact I feel the information I share and things 300 South has in the works will benefit the writing community.
