Forest Grove High School students celebrated "A Night Around the World" at their prom Saturday night at the Tiffany Center in Portland.

Monday night, in a tie vote that has divided the community, the council decided it wouldn't be a sanctuary city.

Monday night, in a tie vote that has divided the community, the council decided it wouldn't be a sanctuary city.

Forest Grove's mayor wanted to become a sanctuary city for undocumented immigrants. Councilors worried President Trump would revoke funding.

It's safe to assume whatever you're wondering about, it's closed:

Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center: Closed. All VG Clinics, School-based Health Centers and Administration offices are CLOSED.

Gaston Sch. Dist.: Closed. all activities are canceled.

Banks Sch. Dist.: Closed. All athletics and activities canceled.

Hillsboro Sch. Dist.: Closed; afternoon and evening activities canceled

Forest Grove Sch. Dist.: Closed. All activities canceled.

Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation : Tentative plan is to open facilities no earlier than noon for scheduled classes and activities. Weather may force a change so call 503-614-4018 at 9 am for an update. All THPRD activities at Beaverton School District sites are canceled due to the school district closure.

Tigard-Tualatin Sch. Dist.: Closed

NW Regional ESD: Washington Co.: Service Center closed

City of Beaverton: Opening at noon. All city facilities (City Hall, Libraries, Activities Center, Community Center, Court) will open at 12 pm today. Staff report at 11:30 am.

City of Sherwood: 2 Hours Late. City Hall Offices and Library opening at 10:00 am

City of Tualatin: 2 Hours Late. City offices will open at 10. Library will open at10:30.

Tualatin Valley Academy: Closed

St. Anthony School: Closed

St. Matthew (Hillsboro): Closed UPDATE

Westside Christian High: Closed. (Digital Learning Day)

Adelante Mujeres: Closed, No preschool. All classes and preschools are closed. Office is open, though many meetings canceled so please call first.

Community Action - Washington Co.: Closed, No preschool

OMSI: Closed. Science Pub is canceled. Showing of "Nausicaa" film will be rescheduled to another date.

ATTENTION COMMUTERS:
Scotch Church Road will be closed at Jackson School Road from Nov. 21-Feb. 18, 2017, for the construction of a roundabout at Jackson School, Scotch Church and Meek roads.
Traffic will be detoured to Glencoe, Evergreen and Jackson School roads. All travelers are required to use the signed detour. Jackson School Roads will remain open with occasional use of flaggers when needed for safety. Meek Road will remain closed through Jan. 31.
The roundabout will realign Meek and Scotch Church roads at Jackson School Road. The $3.25 million project, funded through the County's Road Capital program, is expected to be completed in 2017.
