For three decades, The Innovators Studio has helped transform seemingly impossible challenges into tangible realities. Not through magic formulas—through a methodical process refined in the trenches.
Zach Paschall's challenge seemed impossible.
As a Navy SEAL Chief, an RPG exploded a foot from his head in Afghanistan. The blast was never documented. For six years, his body and mind deteriorated while doctors dismissed him. After losing his buddy Ryan to the same invisible wounds, Zach faced a question with no easy answer.
He went into the wilderness alone. Ten days in a cabin. The answer came in a dream—and became The Adullam Company.
Now watch how our five-part methodology shows up in his journey:
→ Discover: He questioned assumptions about blast injuries that the military had missed for decades.
→ Design: He connected his operator experience with emerging nanotechnology, AI, and advanced materials.
→ Develop: Every product starts with problems actually faced in the field—tested before investing deeply.
→ Deliver: He's navigating the obstacles between concept and reality to bring innovations to those who need them.
→ Diffuse: His mission extends beyond products—changing how we protect all warriors.
Those who work with us make one promise: to pass on what they learn. Zach embodies that. His pain becomes protection for the next generation.
The Innovators Studio is proud to contribute our expertise and resources to help Zach achieve his mission—bringing warriors home whole.
