It is a busy Sunday here in the Pac NW. November newsletter just went out. Homemade chicken noodle soup is on the stove with a huge loaf of sourdough bread ready for dinner. Will be answering submissions later. Reading a couple of clients' current projects, getting social media up to date and some housework done. Even got the email files all cleaned up finally (I have had that on my to do list for a while). Heck, I might even get to some personal writing today if I keep up with this pace.

Congratulations to Bronwyn Scott for her new venture with Tule! Add 3 more books with more to come for her over there. Don't worry, she is still not leaving Mills and Boon. She totally loves it there and has a ton of stories in line for all of you!

Just an update for all of you typing. Don't stop and think with your hand on the shift key. It will lock your keyboard. Fortunately, I was just finished reading submissions and sending out proposals when I locked the keyboard (and my external keyboard). Thank goodness my extra computer that plays my Disney music was on to find the solution... hold shift key down for 8 seconds... Whew.

Ahhhh, someone else is using ChatGPT to write query letters... the infamous line inserted into the query letter "I was drawn to you for your love of powerful, emotionally engaging love stories with strong commercial appeal and diverse voices." Do you know how many authors use that EXACT same phrase?????

When it rains it pours. I totally love it. All of my authors are cranking on all cylinders right now and I am working overtime. I have a ton of manuscripts of my their work coming in. What does that mean for new submissions? You are on hold for now. Sorry. My authors are my priority right now!!!!! I will get to you. I promise!
