Congratulations to Margie Marker on her upcoming retirement.
Margie has served the Commonwealth of Virginia for 40 years!
Margie's most recent position is with VA Coalition for the Prevention of Elder Abuse(VCPEA). During her time at VCPEA, Margie has been a friend and supporter of the Clowder Group.

And that's a wrap! We’ve just finished an incredible week at the NAPSA conference, where we screened episodes of Heroes of Adult Protection over three days, followed by the Financial Exploitation Summit post-conference. The feedback we received has been invaluable, and we’re deeply grateful to NAPSA and all who contributed to this project. We’re excited to bring HOAP to the communities that need it most.

Our second day at NAPSA was another engaging and phenomenal experience. We learned a great deal hearing how real APS workers connect with our stories and how these stories reflect the wide range of abuse endured by vulnerable and older adults.

Yesterday's screening of the Heroes of Adult Protection (HOAP) episode titled Mountain Daisy was a moving experience. It was wonderful to see everyone and engage with audience members about our work.
