So I'm sitting here on a Sunday morning enjoying a fine cigar. It's been a five year journey with foot problems that kept me from walking but after getting that fixed, I've reached a significant goal in my life. When I moved here to Alabama and retired I weighed about 280+ pounds. Today I've exceeded my weight loss goal to get to 200 by weighing 199 on the scale today! It's been hard but I've made the goal. Now maybe I can reach 175. Wish me luck!
