What do we do when our clients want to dress up a rustic venue in a short amount of time? We collaborate! Our clients Mike & Kristina chose a cute but rustic wedding venue. They wanted to add some ambiance, decor and elegance to the venue for their wedding and reception. There was however precious little time to transform the venue on the day of the wedding. We were fortunate to collaborate with some great vendors who helped Mike & Kristina achieve their vision within the time constraints for setup and teardown. Things are always easier when you're working with a great team.

We covered the Master of Ceremonies and DJ services and provided the sound system for the ceremony and reception. We also provided a wireless remote sound system for the cocktail hour.

Watt Sound and Light - provided the uplighting and worked closely with us throughout the night.

Sound Image Entertainment - Sacramento Wedding DJ Services - provided the draping and market lighting.

Omni Wedding & Event Planning - provided the coordination and decor items.

Working together with these experienced and professional vendors was such a pleasure.

Looking back at some photos this morning, I found this one from Tyler & Naydeene's wedding. This was an outdoor wedding at a private residence. The theme for the event included mint green as the primary color. With our dance floor and uplighting we decorated this outdoor area with light. You can see our uplighting in the trees and the wash of green light on the dance floor. Congratulations to Tyler & Naydeene on 240 days of marriage.

Uplighting at The Falls in Elk Grove. We provided uplighting for a Mardi Gras themed event. The colors for the event were dark teal and purple. We took advantage of installed downlighting at the venue combined with our own uplighting to create a color coordinated lighting experience.
