Founded early 2005, Fit To Proceed started as a 2 man rap group just looking for a name, consisting of Rukus aka Ruk and Forced1 aka Ron J. Not long after was the addition of BizBoses aka Biz made that took Fit To Proceed to the next level. Officially established 8-8-2008 Fit To Proceed Records located in San Francisco CA, is definitely working towards becoming a household name and independent record label capable of bringing more timeless music and positive energy to the industry
