Truth is, when most folks hire a Realtor, they don't really know what they are paying for. Other than the paperwork & a sign in the yard. But when you hire me? I can tell you exactly what you're paying for.

Of course I'll take care of the paperwork, the MLS, the negotiations, & the sign in the yard. Those are the basics.

But here's where I'm different. I actually invest my own money in the sale of your home. I've got skin in the game, too.

For every listing, I personally spend an average of $1,000 of my own money making sure your house hits the market set up for success.

I hire a professional photographer AND professional videographer which costs on average around $500. Sometimes a little more. Sometimes a little less.

I spend at least $300 of my own money on a targeted, social media strategy to advertise your home here in the West Indy area.

On average? My videos get over 30,000 views.

And that's just in the first week.

I can't share all the secrets, but in the last year I've partnered with an exclusive marketing company that only works with one Realtor per market.

So I know I'm the only agent that's able to implement this specific ad strategy here in the Morgan & Hendricks County areas.

It's not cheap. But I'm a big believer in the idea that you get what you pay for!

And I am willing to pay for the best because I want to provide the best for my clients.

I'm confident in my commission because I EARN it.

Let's be clear, you don't have to choose me. I'm not the right agent for everyone. And that's okay.

Mooresville is home to one of the best hometown secrets: The Parlor P.S. Have you ever been? I recently went and was thoroughly impressed, so I wanted to share it on here with my friends and family.

From the moment you walk in, you'll be amazed at the details and craftsmanship of this building. The deep navy walls, crystal chandeliers, vintage furniture and elegant artwork on the walls makes you feel like you've stepped into a time capsule.

This isn't a place where you just eat or meet someone for tea; it's a full experience from the moment you walk in. Every detail has been thought of!

The tea was delicious - freshly steeped, and the flavoring was great. It was served up in a beautiful teapot and matching cup and saucer. I felt so classy drinking out of it! 

And the food? It was also incredible! My croissant sandwich hit the spot, and the fries were some of the best I've had.

This would be a great place to meet up for tea with a friend, or even date night with your lover! The little girls in your life would love a tea party here, too! 

There truly isn't another place like it in our area, so I highly recommend you check it out for yourself!

Three things that happened in Real Estate last year that no one is talking about:
Homes here in the Hendricks & Morgan Counties stay on the market an average of 15 days. That’s 50% longer than in May 2024.

Interest rates never really came down. Many buyers were waiting for the Fed to cut rates to make their next move. Well, the Fed cut rates twice, and interest rates barely changed. We stayed between 6.08% and 7.22% most of last year.

Home values have steadied. Homeowners were expecting another record-breaking year in home values increasing. Across the board, most homes in Hendricks & Morgan Counties actually increased by about 3.8% from May '24 to June '25 with median sale price of $275,000, versus an increase of nearly 6.2% from May '23 to June '24 with median sale price of $265,000. This isn’t shocking, but actually good news. Specifically for buyers.

Buyers are really feeling all of this when it comes to inventory. There are simply more homes on the market for buyers to look at and to pick from. This also means that buyers are facing less competition. Now, there are always exceptions to everything. There are competitive situations out there, but they are MUCH less competitive than they were a couple of years ago.

So what does that mean to you? It means that sellers are still getting values above where they were a few years ago. And, buyers have more options now than they did in the last 5 years.

Bottom line? We're moving into a more balanced market, which is good for everyone.
