have 4 beautiful children who make me proud every day! A few years back I discovered I had two mutant genes called Factor Five Leiden. This meant that my chances of blood clot and stroke are very high. This stirred a stronger desire within me to live a healthy life and share this healthy lifestyle with anyone who would listen. :)
In 2012 I survived a massive stroke because of this blood clotting disorder I am blessed with! My stroke was actually a blessing because it brought even more health into my life. I had to learn how to find peace and balance and less stress. Our journey has blessed our family and we want to share with you! I am happy to have you here!
