I was watchin this and honestly, it made me cringe at myself.
Part of me was like,
“Man, forget what she’s talkin about. Stay strong.”
But another part of me was like,
“Hold on… she’s speakin some real truth.”
The reality is Men grow up believin we can’t show weakness.
No cracks. No emotion. No vulnerability.
But those “cracks” people judge us for are actually proof that we’ve been through battles and survived.
Every time someone needs us, we put the armor on again and go to war mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
But it makes you wonder…
Where is our peace/piece of mind at?
Most men never learned peace.
We learned how to fight, how to endure, how to hold everything in.
If we don’t learn to love ourselves, we’ll stay stuck in the same cycle. While leavin a piece of our mind figuratively and literally for some on the battlefield.
And maybe that’s what God meant by “men will be lovers of themselves” in the end times not selfishness, not pride, not anything rainbow-related but people finally wakin up. Realizin that so much of what we fight for is just ego, power, and control.
Men and women both.
Race vs race.
Gender vs gender.
Everyone fightin everyone, for everyone and nobody askin why.
Maybe the point is to finally stop the unnecessary wars inside and outside and start healin ourselves.
Sorry if that got deep,
but truth is, somebody out there needed to hear it. 🤯
